Corinne Corre has been a Blue Badge Guide, a teacher of English as a foreign language, an actor – and a collector of vintage postcards. Looking for a career change after working as a Blue Badge Guide, she spotted an advert in ‘The Ham & High’ for an assistant to a vintage postcard dealer. She got the job, stayed for a few years and learnt the business. She was bitten by the collecting bug. and has been collecting vintage postcards involving social history for over 40 years. After working for the postcard dealer she moved into TEFL while training concurrently as an actor. She ran a “roleplaying” company with another actor, participating in roleplays and training videos for the police, social services, colleges of law, medical schools and businesses. She currently teaches English part-time and takes part in occasional roleplays.
