Annual General Meeting

The AGM planned for Thursday 25 June 2020 was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A decision was then taken to give Members a vote on how they would wish us to progress this meeting. There was a majority vote in favour of Option A, to hold the meeting via Zoom at 3 pm on Thursday 24 September 2020.
The AGM will therefore took place on 24 September. In order to observe the government’s social distancing guidelines, it took place via Zoom. The meeting was open from 2.45 pm and the AGM began at 3.00 pm.
