Questions answered
What size text should I use?
This site offers a choice of text sizes. 14
pixels is ideal for high resolution screens. 12
pixels is better for smaller or lower resolution screens. But if you
have set your browser up to suit your particular requirements click
here to free your browser to decide.
Switching to larger text does not work
Unless your browser permits cookies and JavaScript then the smaller text size
will prevail. In some cases you can still change text size for your browser
from your browser menu (usually under the view menu).
The lines of text are too long and difficult to read
These web pages have been designed to stretch or shrink to fit different sized
viewers. Drag the edge of your browser window in or out to suit your convenience.
I can read the text but the display is far from optimum.
These pages are designed for use with recent Internet browsers
(such as Firefox). Firefox can be downloaded free from www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ and
there are many others available free of charge.
Can I avoid the left menu when printing?
The left menu should automatically not print. Check print preview if you are
in any doubt. Text should wrap to your printer. Return to previous page
